About Frateur - De Pourcq

Since 1887, our organisation has been building up a strong national and international position as a contractor for railway, tram and metro work. We also specialise in crane and industrial track construction. Our activities cover anything to do with rails or tracks, whether large or small: from manufacturing and selling railway equipment or researching and developing tram systems to installing, replacing and maintaining train, tram, metro and crane tracks.

The passion for railways has been passed on from generation to generation and is expressed by means of a driven and specialised team.

Notwithstanding the fact that our company has already been active for many years, we try to keep everything on track by adapting ourselves to our market. We wish to retain our position as a pioneer with regard to challenges for the sector, (new) customer expectations and technical evolution.

For NV Frateur – De Pourcq, quality means taking the utmost care of all of the organisations that have an interest in our company, from the smallest supplier to the biggest client and all of the employees in-between.

FDP always endeavours to choose the sustainable solution. This is clear in the design and use of top quality railway systems and building products with a minimum environmental footprint, managing our product and building processes taking into account the environment and surrounding area, building trust-relationships with our clients, focusing on training and developing our employees, and creating a safe and healthy working environment for both employees and subcontractors.
